Case Study

What this project demonstrates

This project represents the shift from AI as an individual productivity aid to AI as organisational infrastructure. The work required designing an operating model where digital coworkers could support real business functions with defined scope, controlled access, continuity records, escalation paths, and management visibility. The system was structured as a multi-function operating layer where AI could participate in People, Finance, Operations, Product, Engineering, and executive workflows while preserving accountability and operational control.

The public version of this case study is intentionally sanitized. It explains the system capability, operating logic, contribution, and implementation pattern without exposing private URLs, credentials, internal-only labels, sensitive customer information, or implementation details that should remain confidential.

Execution

How the work was achieved

01

Mapped core business functions into digital coworker responsibilities and operating boundaries.

02

Defined access boundaries, escalation paths, role structures, knowledge flows, continuity records, adoption controls, and governance expectations.

03

Connected the operating model to work intake, organisational knowledge, task execution, review, reporting, and continuity loops.

04

Created portfolio-safe framing that explains the architecture without exposing internal agent names, private URLs, credentials, or sensitive operational details.
